REPLACEMENT RATIO

Someone asked me the other day to explain to them what a “Replacement Ratio” meant and so I thought to share this with you. Typically the phrase refers to the percentage of pre-retirement income you will need to generate once you stop working in order to maintain the same standard of living you had while you were employed.
